Parent Ambassador FAQs
How much can I earn?
You earn a $25 store credit for every new patient you refer who books an eye exam and buys glasses, or who gets our $99 new-patient package. Refer a family with three kids who all get glasses and that's $75 in credit. There's no limit.
How do I get my referral code?
Sign up with the form on this page and your code is emailed to you instantly, along with a ready-made WhatsApp message. You can also ask the front desk for printed flyers with your code on them.
How are my referrals tracked?
Families give your code or your name when they book online, call, or check in at the front desk, and we record it on their file. Ask us for your running total any time.
When is my credit added?
As soon as the referred patient's order is paid and picked up, we add $25 to your Style Site Optical account. Ask the front desk for your balance any time.
What is the $99 new-patient package?
Our year-round package for new patients: a comprehensive eye exam, a retinal photo, and a pair of glasses with single vision polycarbonate lenses from selected frame collections, for $99. Restrictions apply.
Which visits don't count?
Patients who were already Style Site Optical patients, visits without a glasses purchase or the new-patient package, and purchases paid by Medicaid, Medicare or another government health program.
Do I have to be a patient?
No, but it helps. Many of our best ambassadors are parents whose kids already see Dr. Bollar, so they can share from their own experience.
What can I use my credit on?
Frames, lenses, sunglasses and contacts for anyone in your family. Store credit has no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash.
Program Terms
- Open to parents and legal guardians 18 or older who live in South Florida. Style Site Optical employees and their households are not eligible.
- A qualifying referral is a patient who is new to Style Site Optical and gives your referral code or name when booking or checking in for their first visit.
- You earn a $25 store credit per qualifying patient who (a) has an eye exam with us and buys a pair of glasses, or (b) gets our $99 new-patient package. The order must be paid in full and picked up.
- Purchases paid in whole or in part by Medicaid, Medicare or any other government health program do not qualify for a reward.
- Credit is added to your Style Site Optical account, has no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash. Ambassadors are independent participants, not employees or agents of Style Site Optical.
- Please share honestly: don’t make medical claims, promise discounts we haven’t offered, or post in groups where promotions aren’t allowed.
- We may update or end the program, or the $99 new-patient package, at any time. Credit you’ve already earned will always be honored.
