Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and security software record your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site you arrived from. This is used to keep the site running, secure and fast.

- Our online eyewear shop — purchases made on our shop subdomain are handled by that platform under its own policy.

We keep enquiry and appointment information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Server and security logs are kept for a short period and then overwritten. Patient records are retained as required by Florida law and are covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
