We don't perform surgery ourselves. We make sure you go into it well informed, and that your eyes heal well afterwards.

Corneal thickness and shape, prescription stability, tear film and eye health — the things that decide if LASIK is safe for you.
Options explained

Consultation exam
Stop wearing soft contacts for about a week beforehand (longer for hard lenses) so we get accurate corneal measurements.
Candidacy and options
We explain whether LASIK, PRK or another option suits your eyes and lifestyle.
Surgery
Your procedure is done by a trusted local refractive surgeon, with our records sent ahead.
Follow-up
Post-op visits here the day after and over the following weeks to make sure you heal well.
What it costs
Your pre-surgery exam starts with our $140 comprehensive exam. Surgery is priced by your surgeon, and some post-operative visits may be included in the surgeon's package — we'll confirm before you book.

Am I a good candidate for LASIK?
Most healthy adults over 18 with a stable prescription are potential candidates, but corneal thickness and shape, dry eye and overall eye health decide it. A full candidacy exam is the only way to know.
Do you perform LASIK?
No. We handle your pre-surgery exam and after-care, and refer you to a trusted local refractive surgeon for the procedure.
How long is recovery?
Many LASIK patients see clearly within a day or two. PRK takes longer, often a few weeks for vision to settle. We'll see you at each follow-up.
Do I need to stop wearing contacts before my exam?
Yes. Contacts change the shape of the cornea. Stop soft lenses about a week before, and hard or RGP lenses longer — we'll give you exact timing when you book.
Will I still need glasses after LASIK?
Most people don't for distance, but reading glasses are usually needed after 40 either way. We'll prescribe them when the time comes.
What if my eyes feel dry after surgery?
Dry eye is common after LASIK and usually improves over months. We can treat it in the meantime. See dry eye care.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most vision and medical plans, including VSP, EyeMed, Davis Vision, Spectera, Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Humana and Florida Medicaid. Bring your card or call with your plan details and we'll check your benefits before you come in. See the full insurance list.

Monday to Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm. Closed Sunday.
